General Corporate Information

At Wildfire, founded in 1999, management represents more than 40 years International experience in Technology, Administration, Market Evaluation, Securities Analysis, Trading, Small Business Development, and Real Estate Investment. Our Corporate "mission" is to provide Asset Management services and interesting, rewarding Investment alternatives for individuals with extremely demanding schedules that might not otherwise have time to participate profitably in such opportunities. We offer several alternatives, designed to out-perform Management-peers and their respective Market-sectors:

Diversified Equities & Commodities - Global Trading ("Closed " to all Investors/Shareholders for 2006) - a Group Plan consisting of a portfolio which provides International Investors access to a variety of Corporate Trading "Growth" opportunities within North American, Caribbean, and International Stock, Securities, and Options Exchanges. This plan offers some advantages similar to an Offshore Hedge Fund, but is affordable to everyone, has much greater transparency (see Weekly Activity and Performance ...bottom of this page), and does not employ high-risk, high-margin strategies. The plan is "Actively-managed" and participates in short-term (a few hours to a few weeks) Momentum and Swing-trades, acquiring both "long" and "short" positions of individual Stocks, Equity-groups, Commodities, and occasionally other Derivatives such as Options & Futures. Because of "stops" (loss-limit) discipline, risk is minimized and reward potential maximized. (Minimum Initial Investment - US$5000. & Minimum Subsequent Investments - US$500.) *

Diversified Equities & Bonds - Global Holdings ("Open" only to existing Investors/Shareholders ...until beginning of 2nd Quarter) - a Group Plan consisting of a portfolio which provides International Investors access to a variety of Corporate and Government Investment "Value" opportunities within North American, Caribbean and International Bond, Stock, and Securities Exchanges. This plan offers similar benefits to a Offshore Retirement Fund, with steady, well-above average gains, limited volatility, and lower fees than the "Trading" plan (above). The plan is still "Actively-managed", but participates in longer-term (a few days to a few months) Swing-trades and Investments, acquiring low-risk, medium-to-high-yield Bonds, and groups or "baskets" of Stocks such as those usually offered via ETFs and Close-end Funds for individual Industrial sectors, Countries, and/or economically-advantaged Geographic Regions. (see Weekly Activity and Performance ...bottom of page). (Minimum Initial Investment - US$3500. & Minimum Subsequent Investments - US$350.) *

Diversified Real Estate - Global Properties ("Open" only to existing Investors/Shareholders ...for first half of 2006) - a Group Plan consisting primarily of a portfolio of "Specialized" Commercial Real Estate. This plan also offers similar benefits to Retirement-type investments, slow, steady gains (targets returns at least double that of similiar vehicles such as long-term Bonds, CDs, GICs, etc.), with limited volatility, and lower fees than the "Trading" plan (above). Additionally, it provides International investors and individuals access to Property Ownership opportunities in the Caribbean region, (including Atlantic islands, and Latin America) for business and/or residential purposes; provides Realtors, Developers, and Business Brokers in the region with an alternative source for promoting sale of their properties. This Plan is currently Closed to "all" Investors/Shareholders.

The Portfolio's stance was recently shifted from "Positive-bias" to "Neutral" and has 1.5 % Gains in 1st 8 months of 2006 ...matching broader-market averages.

PERFORMANCE !!! ...5-year GAIN - Actual "gross" for full years 2001, '02, '03, plus '04 (from time this portfolio traded as a completely separate entity), & '05 "gross"): 45.4 %

Average Annual Results + 9.1 % ...based on 5 years, much of it (2001 & 2002) achieved during a time when securities markets were experiencing their worst performance since the Great Depression and of course just completed year where broader U.S. markets gained nothing.

Diversified Equities & Bonds - Global Holdings

This Plan is currently Open to "all" Investors/Shareholders. Some Regions, because of Globalization, do much better when U.S. markets are performing well., and while we do have some holdings in these areas, this Plan strives to always maintain a higher weighting of holdings that can produce Gains based on the performance of their own Region. Gains are primarily derived from Price-appreciaton of very diversified holdings that were acquired while considerably under-valued, with a smaller proportion derived from holdings generating significant Monthly Cash Distributions. Portfolio performance, far exceeded our "Annualized" performance targets for 2005 and also the performance of major Global Securities markets and most Professional participants (an Index of 900 Hedge Fund Managers reported that any positive results for 2005 were in Emerging Markets and these Managers averaged Gains of only 8.3%.)

Portfolio already has 8.9% Gains in just 1st 8 months of 2006 ...still ahead of broader-market averages and our conservative quarterly projections.

PERFORMANCE !!! ...3-year GAIN - 2003 & '04 "annualized" & '05 "gross": 95.5 %

Average Annual Results + 31.8 % ...based on 3 years, most of 2003 when Portfolio was traded on a "trial-basis" available to Directors' funds only, when Portfolio then was completely separated (from our original portfolio above) and became available to all Investors/Shareholders for last 3 Quarters of 2004, and full year 2005.

Diversified Real Estate - Global Properties

This Plan currently is Open only to "existing" Investors/Shareholders. Just beginning it's 3rd year, based primarily on groups of Specialized Real Estate holdings, including when advantagous, Financing secured by Real Estate, and Municipal Bonds related to Real Estate-related Infrastructure improvements. While we continually look for Regions, and/or Classes and/or, Groups of Properties that have room for considerably more Price-appreciation, more than half of the Portfolio's Gains are derived from Dividends.

The Portfolio continues it's recover (from '05's lackluster performance) as pressure has eased on U.S. Commercial-based Real Estate now that the FED has ended steady Interest-rate hikes at every meeting. It already has 12.8% Gains in just 1st 8 months of 2006 ...considerably exceeding broader-market averages and well over our conservative quarterly projections.
